Return Policy

At ORBLATS, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our rings. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a fair return policy to ensure your peace of mind.

1. Eligibility for Return

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • The ring must be in its original, unused condition with no signs of wear or damage.
  • Customized or personalized designs are not eligible for return unless they arrived damaged or defective.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please:

  • Email us at findyourorbit@proton.me with your order details and reason for return.
  • Wait for confirmation and return instructions from our team.
  • Ship the item back to the address provided. You will be responsible for return shipping costs.

3. Refunds

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 working days via your original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you would like a different size or design, please initiate a return and place a new order.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective ring, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it with photos of the issue. We’ll do our best to resolve the problem quickly.
