Method 1: Use a Strip of Paper or String

1. Cut a thin strip of paper or string (about 10cm long).
2. Wrap it around your finger where the ring will sit. Make sure it’s snug but not tight.
3. Mark the spot where the strip overlaps.
4. Use a ruler to measure the length in millimeters (mm).
5. Match your measurement to the chart below.

Tip: Measure at the end of the day. Avoid measuring cold fingers.

1. Place your ring on a ruler and measure the inside diameter (mm).
2. Match it to the chart below.
